Book an Appointment
How to book!
1). Select a treatment option from the description list.
2). Enter your payment details; your fees are deducted from this in advance and reserved by the booking provider (Janeapp.co.uk) and uses ‘Stripe’-the payment is not transferred to myself until after your consultation.
3). Proceed to book following by the on-screen guidance. (Nb patient name refers to your infant). This creates a “patient account” or “profile”. This allows you to keep access to your infants treatment notes and also make changes to the appointment (cancel, reschedule etc) if necessary.
4). Complete your ‘intake form’ as soon as possible, this request is visible on your screen immediately when you book but it is also sent to your email address to remind you to complete it too; but your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED if it is not completed.
At your appointment remember to bring:
1). Your infant’s Red health book/Ered book,
2). A blanket or jumbo muslin square,
3). If your baby is bottle-fed-bring a bottle with prepared milk or EBM
4). Soother/pacifier/nipple shields if they are already introduced.
If your infant is over 12 weeks old:
1). Consider administering paracetamol before your appointment.
2). A “peckish” but not ravenous infant. I do observe a feed so we need your little one to be hungry!
3). Where able, book your appointment to time in with after a nap, so your little one is not over-tired.
4). Bring along any soothing toys/sensory/calming/techniques that your little one is familiar with and enjoys.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the size of the clinic space, only a maximum of 2 adults plus the infant are invited to attend. It is not a suitable environment for older siblings, please arrange childcare for other children. The location is right next door to a beautiful large park so you may consider another adult spending time with them there weather permitting.
Please use the infant's name to book
Please book using your INFANTS NAME as this formulates the medical notes.
